Associate Whitney Schneider-White will present on a panel titled “The Intersection of Privacy and AI Regulatory Developments and Their Impact on the LGBTQ+ Community” during the Tech-Telecom Institute portion of the 2024 Lavender Law Conference & Career Fair in Washington, D.C. The session will focus on recent laws and regulatory actions, including those related to consumer health data, geolocation tracking and AI-developed references, as well as a look ahead to what’s coming. The Lavender Law Conference and Career Fair is the largest LGBTQ+ legal conference in the country, with over 2000 attendees annually.
