Partners Theodore Kobus and Craig Hoffman have been named as recipients of the Cybersecurity Docket’s Incident Response 50 for 2024, their list of the 50 best data breach response lawyers and first point of contact for companies experiencing a cyberattack or other data security incident. This is Kobus’ sixth time on the list, as he was also named in 2016, 2019, 2020 and 2022 to 2024 and Hoffman's second time on the list, as he was also named in 2016. Originally recognizing 30 honorees in earlier years, the list has expanded to 40 and more recently 50 as the focus on cybersecurity continues to grow.
