Partners Theodore Kobus and Craig Hoffman have been named to Cybersecurity Docket’s Incident Response 50, a list of the 50 best data breach response lawyers and first point of contact for companies experiencing a cyberattack or other data security incident. It is the seventh and third time, respectively, that the two have been so honored. Kobus was selected for the list in 2016, 2019, 2020 and 2022 to 2024. Hoffman was named to the list in 2016 and 2024.
Those selected for the list must meet the following three requirements:
- Must be in the private sector for at least the past two years
- Must have a practice that is dedicated primarily to data breach response work
- Must be attorneys vs. accountants, economists, etc.
Honorees were recognized at the Incident Response Forum Masterclass 2025, April 22, 2025, in Washington, D.C.
