Partner Ted Bernert and Counsel Dave Ebersole will speak at the Ohio Chamber of Commerce 2023 Tax Conference, Aug. 23-24 in Columbus. The event brings together tax, accounting and legal professionals from across Ohio to discuss developments in the state’s tax industry.
Bernert will participate in three programs on Aug. 23: “Ohio Sales Tax Update Including Significant Cases and New Legislation”; “Ohio Sales & Use Tax – In-depth Review of Major Developments and Audit Policies”; and “Experts Roundtable with Special Guests Tax Commissioner Patricia Harris and House Ways & Means Chairman Rep. Bill Roemer.”
Ebersole will appear in two programs on Aug. 24: “Nationwide State & Local Tax (SALT) Update” and “Taxation of Digital Goods – Federal, State and International Updates.”
