According to the article, two new Securities and Exchange Commission “compensation disclosures regarding stock option grants will require compensation committees to make some key choices in the coming year.”
Hanselman told AgendaWeek that companies will “need to be a little more thoughtful about possibly putting themselves in the best position” by carefully choosing when they consider option grants.
