With help from a BakerHostetler team as lead counsel, client Surge Private Equity has added Tower Legal Solutions to its Avalon platform, which serves more than 2,400 clients through eight regional offices across the U.S.
Tower Legal Solutions works closely with Fortune 100 companies and large law firms as a preferred provider of managed review and legal staffing solutions. Avalon provides technology-based services like digital forensics, cybersecurity, eDiscovery and business-critical document services, maintaining an approximately 90% customer retention rate.
Partner Patrick Rose and Counsel Allison Jones led the deal team, which included Partners Michelle Hervey, George Skupski, Lisa Houssiere, Stefan Smith and Craig Carpenter; and Associates Patrick Dean, David Corrigan, Eline De La Fuente and Madison Alexander.
