We mourn the passing of our longtime partner and friend David Rivkin. He was one of the nation’s foremost appellate lawyers and constitutional scholars. His contributions to the firm’s litigation and appellate practices were significant and valued by our clients. David was recognized as a keen and brilliant commentator on Supreme Court and constitutional issues reflected by his many contributed essays for the Wall Street Journal, often co-authored with other partners.
