In a May 22, 2020, article in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, “Ex-TV weatherman Scott Steele settles suit charging WTMJ-TV with anti-Semitism,” Partner Scott McIntyre’s federal court filing from March 2020 was cited. In that filing, he responded to the question of why WTMJ owner Scripps Media Inc. had not answered Steele’s complaint prior to arbitration. To do so, McIntyre wrote, would have impeded the mediation process.
