On Nov. 16, Partners Stephen Ruscus and Lance Shea will speak at The Coalition for Government Procurement’s Fall Training Conference in Falls Church, Virginia. The conference theme is “What is Fair and Reasonable?”
Ruscus and Shea will share their insights on the range of pharmaceutical pricing issues that affect federal contractors, including VA FSS Schedules pricing and the impacts of the Inflation Reduction Act on pricing proposals. Their session is titled “Fair and Reasonable and Similar Constructs in Pricing Pharmaceuticals.”
