Partner Jimmy Fokas and Associate Nikita Mistry collaborated on an article for The Review of Securities & Commodities Regulation titled “Recent SEC Accounting and Financial Reporting Enforcement Actions and What to Expect Under Trump 2.0.” The article examines the area of accounting, disclosure and financial reporting and provides examples of recent enforcement actions by the SEC in this arena, as well as predictions of enforcement actions moving forward under the new administration.
