At the recent American Bar Association Cross-Border Institute in Paris, Partner Nichole Sterling participated in a panel titled "We’ve Had a Cyber Incident – What the H*!! Do We Do Now?"
The July 20, 2023, session covered many issues that arise when a cybersecurity incident takes place and outlined strategies that companies can use to be better prepared for incidents and minimize their risk. Sterling and her co-presenters also addressed the increasingly common challenge of overlapping (sometimes contradictory) notice obligations.
