Partner Nichole Sterling took part in a panel titled “Regulation of AI” at The Sedona Conference Working Group 13 on Artificial Intelligence and the Law: Inaugural Meeting 2025, held Jan. 15-17, 2025, in Phoenix, Arizona. The panel analyzed the rights and risks of certain AI authorities; the laws, regulations and standards developed to mitigate them; and the challenges of compliance.
