Partner Nichole Sterling was a panelist on the closing plenary of the ABA International Law Section Fall Conference, which was held Nov.13-15, 2024, in London, England. Titled “Navigating the Legal Frontier: Comparative Approaches to Emerging Areas of Law in the U.S., UK and Elsewhere”, the session explored how different legal traditions deal with emerging areas of law, such as digital assets, cryptocurrencies and blockchain, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, intellectual property, and privacy.
