Bloomberg Tax has published in an article co-authored by Counsel Nicholas Mowbray, titled “The Impact on Tax Policy of the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 and the EU Green Deal Industrial Plan.”
The June 2, 2023, article notes that the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 (IRA), which creates economic opportunities for U.S. companies and workers, is seen less favorably overseas because of concerns it discriminates against non-U.S. companies. The European Union released its Green Deal Industrial Plan earlier this year partially as a response to the IRA.
