Partner Pat Muldowney will attend the Greater Orlando Society for Human Resources Management (GOSHRM) half-day legal conference in Winter Park, Florida, giving a presentation titled “Back to the Future Part 2: The NLRB and the Uncertain State of Labor Law."
Muldowney will focus on how the current National Labor Relations Board is attempting to create a more pro-employee and union-friendly legal environment. He will discuss current initiatives and specific cases in which the NLRB has overturned decisions made by prior administrations – and explain what businesses can expect from the NLRB in 2024 and beyond.
