Partner Morgan Holtman will take part in The George Washington University Law School’s 35th Annual Institute on Current Issues in International Taxation, which takes place Dec. 12-13, 2024, in Washington, D.C. Holtman will serve on the panel titled “Partnerships in International Tax,” which will discuss proposed basis shifting regulations, domestic controlled REIT regulations and partnerships and Pillar 2.
