Associate Mitchell Robinson will take part in a panel titled “What’s New is New: Adapting to the Shifting Labor & Employment Law Landscape during the State Bar of Georgia General Practice and Trial Institute on March 14, 2024. The General Practice and Trial Institute runs March 14-16, in New Orleans, Louisiana.
The panel focuses on the many changes in employment law in recent years and the new employment claims and regulatory enforcement proceedings that have come about as a result. The panelists will discuss where we are, where we are headed and how to adapt.
