Partner Mike VanNiel took part in a June 8 panel discussion titled “Implications of Rising Inflation on Corporate Restructuring Strategies” at the 39th Annual Bankruptcy & Restructuring Conference, presented by the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors.
VanNiel and his co-panelists focused on how inflation is affecting distressed companies and addressed which sectors of the economy are more (and less) likely to be affected by inflation. They also shared tools and techniques that can be used to serve a range of clients, debtors, lenders and counterparties.
