The Midlevel Associates Survey asked associates in their third, fourth or fifth year of practice at Am Law 200 firms across the country to rate their firms on 12 aspects of job satisfaction, including compensation and benefits; training and guidance; relationships with partners and other associates; interest in and satisfaction level with their work; the firm's policy on billable hours; technology and training; and management's transparency about strategies and partnership advancement, among others.
