Partner Michelle Tanney will present a program for the Practising Law Institute titled “Reg Against the Machine: Balancing Technological Innovation with AI Regulation in the Financial Services Industry” on May 21, 2024. The hour-long program will focus on the risks of AI use by broker dealers and investment advisers and the importance of implementing policies and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure that customers and their information are both protected.
