Partner Matt Thurlow took part in the Monthly PFAS Briefing: TSCA Data Call hosted by the Environmental Law Institute on June 25, 2024. The focus of the webinar was the EPA’s finalized one-time PFAS reporting rule, which requires U.S. manufacturers of any product containing PFAS and any U.S. importer of articles containing any PFAS to investigate and certify to EPA the amount of PFAS that they have manufactured or imported into the U.S. over the past nearly 13 years (beginning January 1, 2011).
