Partner Matt Hunsaker will participate in a panel titled “Is There Any Limit to What Constitutes Tangible Personal Property?” at the Council On State Taxation 2025 Spring Conference/Audit Session, which takes place April 28-May 1, 2025, in New Orleans. The April 29 panel will review the inconsistent and fluctuating meaning of tangible personal property, the uncertainty in defining it and proactive measures that can be taken to reduce risk.
