Associate Mary Kate Wagner is one of two attorneys invited to participate in the latest installment of the American Society of International Law (ASIL)/Freshfields Young Arbitrator Debate on Sept. 21.
The motion is: This house believes that tribunal secretaries can take an active role in the drafting of tribunal’s decisions and awards.
The event takes place in Washington, D.C., and is co-sponsored by the ASIL Howard M. Holtzmann Research Center for the Study of International Arbitration and Conciliation.
