Partner Mark Cymrot is just out with his second book, The Case of the Welched Reward: Spies, the FBI and Pursuit of Peru’s Most Infamous Fugitive. Cymrot stepped up to defend Peru after the U.S. Court of Appeals found the country had reneged on a promise to pay a $5 million reward to a Venezuelan spy involved in locating Peru’s notorious National Security chief.
