Partner Marco Molina has been named as BakerHostetler’s International Commercial Arbitration team leader. Molina specializes in international commercial arbitrations, investor-State arbitrations, cross-border litigations, global asset tracing and recovery, anticorruption compliance, cryptocurrency-related litigations, corporate governance disputes and extradition cases. He is a senior member of the firm’s Latin America practice and has tried cases in both English and Spanish. Molina is a senior leader of the team working as counsel to the court-appointed Securities Investor Protection Act Trustee in the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC and is Chair of the Foreign Discovery Committee that advises that team.
