Gentiva, a dedicated hospice, palliative and personal care company, announced Nov. 1 that it had received all required state and federal regulatory approvals to complete its previously announced acquisition of ProMedica's home health, palliative and hospice business. A BakerHostetler team composed of Partners Doug Eingurt, Emily Crosby and Ernessa Brawley, Associates Chelsea LaRusso and Lauren Sternbach, as well as multiple other attorneys and specialty teams around the firm, served as legal counsel to ProMedica.
