Partner Lucas Witters will take part in a panel titled “Lessons From a Successful HTC Development” at the Novogradac 2024 Historic Tax Credit Conference, which will be held Oct. 10-11, 2024, in Kansas City, Missouri. The panel will discuss the successful renovation of the Fairmont Breakers Long Beach Hotel and how the financial partners involved worked together to resolve various issues in order to make it happen.
