Partner Jeff Paravano, lead tax counsel in the Supreme Court case, Moore v. United States, firmwide Chair of Tax and Managing Partner of the Washington, D.C. office, will discuss the federal, state and international tax implications of the case during an hour-long program for PLI titled “Moore v. United States: Lead Tax Counsel to Discuss Federal, State and International Tax Implications of Supreme Court’s Decision” on July 25, 2024.
