Partner Kristin Yokomoto will take part in a webinar for the California Lawyers Association titled “Avoiding Legal Malpractice and Ethical Violations for Trust and Estate Attorneys” on Feb. 13, 2025. The discussion will cover ethical violations and other acts and omissions that trust and estate planners and litigators make that could lead to malpractice exposure. The panel will also address when attorneys owe duties to non-clients and when heirs and beneficiaries can sue for malpractice.
