Counsel Kevin Barnett was re-elected to the steering committee of the D.C. Bar’s Government Contracts Community, for which he served as Chair for the 2023-2024 term. Steering committee members are responsible for coordinating programs, projects, publications and community outreach activities. They also may develop public statements and submit comments on legislation, court rules and regulatory reform related to the community's practice area.
As a member of the steering committee, Barnett will serve a three-year term. Newly elected officers, board members and delegates will be recognized at the bar’s Celebration of Leadership of June 20, 2024.
