Partner Julian Perlman will moderate a panel titled “State Antitrust Enforcement on the Rise” at the American Bar Association’s 73rd Antitrust Law Spring Meeting, April 2-4, 2025, in Washington, D.C. The session will address questions regarding limits on federal review, increased cooperation between state and federal enforcers, merger review and emerging trends in civil cases, among other topics.
The Spring Meeting is the largest gathering of competition, consumer protection and data privacy professionals in the world and includes lawyers, academics, economists, enforcers, journalists and students from across the globe. It provides an excellent opportunity to glean domestic and international perspectives on competition, consumer protection and data privacy law.
