Partners Jonathan New and Patrick Campbell, together with Associate Sydney Park, authored an article for the Law.com Business Crimes Bulletin titled “The DOJ’s Whistleblower Pilot Program Adds Incentives for Robust Corporate Compliance Programs.” Published Sept. 1, 2024, the article describes the three-year program that will issue monetary awards to whistleblowers who provide the Department of Justice with original and truthful information, provided the individuals meet certain requirements.
