Partner Jonathan Forster described BakerHostetler’s recently launched estate planning app, FinClar, in an article by Law360 titled “BakerHostetler Launches Tech Offering For Estate Planning.” Published Feb. 28, 2024, the article discusses how the private wealth group is changing the estate planning experience by aggregating data and offering easy-to-read dashboards so families can visualize their plans, make more informed decisions, and spend time and resources on strategy rather than data collection.
Forster also stated that FinClar gives clients a different experience, allowing them to check on their plans more regularly and monitor them to make sure they are still reflective of current thinking and family dynamics, and can be easily shared between generations.
