Partner Jonathan Forman will serve as an instructor for “Mandates Beyond the Advisers Act: Data Protection: Privacy, Identity Theft and Cybersecurity,” an online course, on May 14, 2024. The course will cover U.S. privacy laws, state privacy and data security laws and EU GDPR, as well as cybersecurity and cybersecurity risk.
