Published Feb. 5, 2024, the story examines the potential limitations of the Federal Trade Commission’s proposed ban on noncompete agreements, set to go into effect as early as April 2024. According to the article, the proposed rule by the FTC is expected to adopt a standard similar to California, where noncompete agreements are more narrowed.
