Partners Jennifer Mitchell and Taylor Bloom will be panel moderators for the 2025 Annual Privacy Summit of the California Lawyers Association (CLA) Privacy Law Section, Feb. 27-28, 2025, in Los Angeles. On Feb. 27, Mitchell will moderate a roundtable of Chief Privacy Officers across industries that will explore strategies to build and implement an effective privacy program, as well as the legal, business and ethical responsibilities of the privacy officer. On Feb. 28, Taylor Bloom will moderate “Ad Tech: The Current State of Ad Tech – state privacy, regulatory issues, litigation risk and more!” This panel will examine the most pressing issues facing the ad tech industry today, such as state privacy laws, regulatory challenges and litigation risks. Mitchell and Bloom also serve on the Executive Committee of the Privacy Law Section of the CLA.
