Partner James Sherer took part in a roundtable discussion for the Association of E-Discovery Specialists New York Metro Chapter titled “A Roundtable Discussion on Artificial Intelligence and Litigation” on May 22, 2024. The panel looked at some of the generative AI-based tools designed for litigation as well as the risks and rewards for using them. They also considered the ethical implications of using these tools and looked at how client information and confidences can be maintained appropriately.
