Partner James Sherer will moderate a panel titled “Global Privacy and AI Ethical Challenges – U.S. and International Perspectives” at the American Bar Association’s 2025 International Law Section Annual Conference, which runs April 28-May 1, 2025, in New York, New York. The April 29 panel will examine diverse regulations that require global organizations to implement comprehensive governance and compliance strategies, decisions related to governance structure, design principles and varying compliance requirements across geographies.
