Partners Barbara Linney, Melissa Mannino and Lana Muranovic, and Associate James Perry, contributed an article to the inaugural edition of The Global Trade Law Journal, published January-February 2024. Titled “U.S. Agencies Update Nuclear-Related Export Controls – Including for China,” the article examines recent actions by the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security, as well as the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, to tighten controls on certain nuclear-related items destined for China (including Hong Kong) and Macau.
