Carl Hittinger coauthored a piece for the New York University Journal of Law and Business regarding the first comprehensive antitrust law in the People's Republic of China. Hittinger provides insight into the new law, giving business entities who are doing or plan to do business in China guidance on its provisions and increased understanding of the historic context in which the law was enacted, given its effective date being only shortly before the start of the 2008 Summer Olympic Games in Beijing.
