Partners Jon Barr and John Carney will give presentations at the ninth annual meeting of GICLI, the Government Investigations & Civil Litigation Institute.
Carney will speak Nov. 16 about “The Government’s War on Insider Trading Plans: Ethics & Best Practices for Defending the Executive & the Company.”
Barr will speak Nov. 17 on the topic “DOJ’s New Corporate Voluntary Disclosure Policy: To Self-Report of Not to Self-Report.”
The meeting is co-sponsored by BakerHostetler and will take place in Palm Springs, California.
