Partners Teresa Goody Guillén and John Carney will take part in the Practising Law Institute’s Pocket MBA 2023: Finance for Lawyers and Other Professionals program. The program runs Nov. 16-17 in New York City and online.
Goody Guillén is a co-chair, and she will take part in three panel discussions – on Nov. 16, “Understanding Accounting Fundamentals and Reporting Concepts”; on Nov. 17, “Regulatory and Legal Compliance in International Business and Trade” and “Closing the Transaction: Practical Legal Considerations.”
Carney will take part in a Nov. 16 panel discussion titled “Financial Statements in Practice.”
