The Institute for Transnational Arbitration has named Partner Analia Gonzalez co-chair of its Task Force on Legal Representation of American States in Investment Arbitration.
The task force launched in June with an extensive set of objectives: to determine whether American states have created internal governmental structures in charge of their defense; to learn what capacity-building measures they have implemented; to uncover which law firms American states have retained as lead counsel and co-counsel; and more.
