At the 2022 Annual Meeting of The Sedona Conference Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production, Partner Gil Keteltas will moderate a panel titled “Unique eDiscovery Challenges in Multidistrict Litigation.” The conference takes place Oct. 27-28, 2022, in Philadelphia. Keteltas also co-leads a Second Conference Working Group team assessing whether consensus guidance is possible to promote more efficient discovery practices in multidistrict litigation.
