Associate Fabian Zetina will take part in an upcoming panel discussion titled “LatAm Lightning Round – Latest Update on International Arbitration.” The program, scheduled for Nov. 11 in Miami, is part of #YoungITATalks, a series of local events being held around the world to address a wide range of arbitration-related topics.
Zetina and his co-panelists will survey current legal issues and significant recent legal decisions affecting international commercial arbitration in a variety of Latin American jurisdictions. These are issues that every international arbitration practitioner who deals with Latin America needs to know.
