Partner Eric Barnum will moderate a panel titled “Recognizing and Responding to Microaggressions at Deposition and Trial,” March 18, 2025, at the ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law Employment Rights and Responsibilities Committee Midwinter Meeting and National Symposium on Technology in Labor and Employment Law in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The session will focus on when and how it is appropriate to identify and respond to microaggressions in a formal deposition or trial setting, including the risks and benefits of various strategies and how to more effectively deal with such situations.
