Despite a downturn in venture capital (VC) funding, “the crypto industry is not in a dire situation,” Goody Guillén tells LinkedIn News. “We’ve seen a decline in VC funding across various industries, not just crypto.” She also says that the “aggressive approach of the SEC has negatively impacted the industry, but it has not destroyed it. There is hope that the Supreme Court will get involved sooner rather than later and reel in the SEC.”
