Partners Carlos Ramos-Mrosovsky and Brian Song will speak at the New York State Bar Association International Section 2024 Seoul Global Conference, themed “Cross Border Litigation and Transactions Under a New Legal Paradigm,” held Oct. 16-18, 2024, in Seoul, South Korea.
Ramos-Mrosovsky, who is also the International Section Chair, co-chairs the panel “Korea and Investor-State Disputes,” which will discuss various aspects of both investor-state claims against the Republic of Korea and claims by Korean investors abroad. Song will speak on the panel “Crypto Currency on Bankruptcy Law (FTX Case) and Securities Law.”
