Partner Bill Bergmann was elected as Treasurer of the Court of Federal Claims Bar Association at its annual meeting on December 10, 2024. In addition to planning and participating in Bar Association activities, he will also be working with the Court’s judges and staff in planning the annual Law Day luncheon at the Willard Intercontinental and the Court’s annual Judicial Conference at the National Press Club.
The Advisory Council consists of a small number of judges, Department of Justice attorneys and private practitioners who work to improve the administration of justice.
