Trends on the Reasonable Consumer Standard.” The session demonstrated how the reasonable consumer standard developed with waves and churn of UDAP cases, with insights on consumer perception surveys, use of experts to interpret findings, labeling considerations with a focus on food and beverage, personal care, household cleaning and pet food.
